Aivina ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered stock market companion app available on Android and iOS. We provide market summaries, personalised watchlists, and AI-driven stock analysis.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Aivina, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have regarding your data.

When you use Aivina, certain technical data is automatically transmitted to our servers or to third-party services:
Authenticate you, manage subscription tiers (Basic / Plus / Pro), and maintain session security via JWT tokens.
Your watchlist symbols and selected analysis depth are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini or OpenAI, depending on configuration) to generate personalised stock insights and market summaries.
We track daily AI usage (energy points) per account to enforce fair-use limits based on your subscription tier.
We aggregate publicly available market news from internet. No personal data is shared with these sources.
Real-time stock quotes and company profiles are fetched on-demand from third-party providers using your watchlist symbols. These requests do not include any personally identifiable information.
Basic users see native ads served by Google AdMob. Plus and Pro users are not shown forced ads. See §5 for full details.

When you delete your account, all personal data associated with it is permanently removed from our database within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained indefinitely.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Aivina is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this from the Settings screen in the app, or by contacting us directly.
Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format (where technically feasible).
Object to certain types of processing, including personalised advertising.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you via an in-app notice or email.
Continued use of Aivina after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
