These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aivina mobile application ("App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Aivina ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Aivina is an AI-powered stock market companion application that provides:
AI-generated overviews of current market conditions and macro-economic sentiment.
A personalised list of stocks with real-time price quotes and change data.
AI-generated insights, sentiment analysis, and detailed reports for individual stocks selected by the user.
Aggregated market news from publicly available sources, refreshed periodically.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Accounts are created via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple (iOS only). We do not offer password-based registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked Google or Apple account.
You may browse certain features of the App without creating an account (guest mode). Guest users cannot access watchlist, AI analysis, or subscription features.

AI analysis features consume "energy" points. Your daily energy allowance is reset every 24 hours based on your subscription tier. Unused energy does not carry over to the next day. Energy may be supplemented through daily login bonuses. Basic users may also optionally watch a rewarded ad (up to 3 times per day) to earn bonus energy. Plus and Pro users are never shown forced ads; rewarded ads remain available as an optional way to earn bonus energy.
Paid subscription plans (Plus and Pro) are billed on a monthly basis through the Apple App Store (iOS). Prices are displayed in local currency within the App before purchase and are set by the respective app store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price as the original subscription, unless the price has changed and you have been notified in advance. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
You may change your plan at any time within the App. Plan changes take effect immediately. We reserve the right to modify plan features, limits, or pricing with reasonable prior notice.

Market data (prices, quotes) is provided by third-party sources and may be delayed. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data displayed in the App.
The App, including its design, code, branding, and AI-generated outputs produced by the Service, is owned by or licensed to Aivina and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any information you submit (e.g. watchlist configurations). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that information solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
The Service relies on third-party providers including Google (Sign-In, Gemini AI, AdMob), and Apple (Sign in with Apple). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Links or references to third-party services do not imply endorsement.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivina and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via an in-app notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
