On iPhone: go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Aivina, and tap Cancel Subscription.
On Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, find Aivina, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
My Energy aren't refreshing. What should I do?
Energy refresh daily. If they haven't updated, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@aivina.app.
The market data looks outdated. Is something wrong?
Market data may be delayed outside of trading hours. Pull down to refresh on the main screen. If you continue to see stale data during market hours, please contact us.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from the Settings tab inside the app, or visit our account deletion page.
I was charged but I can't access Plus / Pro features.
Try signing out and signing back in to restore your purchase. If the problem continues, contact us with your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play order number (Android) and we'll look into it.
What platforms does Aivina support?
Aivina is available on both iOS and Android.
